Stress Revisited: How Nutrition and Supplements can help!

Stess!!

I know I have already talked about this accouple of monthes ago, but I read a recent article on MedscapeCME about anxiety and stress.

The article:

Anxiety: Prevention and Complementary Therapies for Children and Adolescents CME/CE
Kathi J. Kemper, MD, MPH
CME/CE Released: 05/22/2009; Valid for credit through 05/22/2010

reiterated many of the points I made back in April. It also went on to explain about nutrition, and vitamin supplements and their roll in relieving stress. It made the point that the quality of the supplements is very important.

As a Doctor I feel it is important that I know the products that I recommend, I have tried a lot of different vitamin suppliment companies looking for the best balance of quality and convience for the consumer. I finally have found one that provides high quality organic plant based vitamin suppliments at a pretty reasonable price.

For your everyday Multi-vitamin For ages 12-35 the Nutrilite Men's and Women's Packs are ideal.

They are relatively cheap and contain more then just your multi-vitamin so you really do get more bang for your buck. They dissolve in a glass of water so you know the contense of the tablets are available to your body which does not always happen with many of the tablet form vitamins out there.

If you would like to learn more about these products please contact me via email at drvancedc@gmail.com or visit my website (mydadthechiropractor.com) where you can purchase these products online.
